If you are worried about a child's safety or wellbeing, unsafe practice or wrongdoing, you can raise a concern sensitively.

What happens after you contact us

  • We will consider what you tell us fairly and decide who is best placed to review it.
  • If you provide contact details, we may ask follow-up questions and can explain the outcome where appropriate. Complaints are handled in line with our complaints procedure.
  • Young people can also speak to an adult they trust, their social worker or an independent advocate.

You can tell us your name or remain anonymous.

Giving your contact details means we can ask questions and tell you about the response. If you submit anonymously, we cannot contact you and may have less information to act on. Details in your account may still identify you to people who know the circumstances.
